Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using icaselifestyle.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or purchase our products.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

Products and Services

Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content on the Site are completely accurate, current, or error-free.

Custom Products

All custom-designed products are made to order based on your specifications. By submitting a custom design, you confirm that:

• You own the rights to any images, text, or designs you upload
• Your design does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Your design does not contain offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content
• You accept that colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen

Pricing and Payment

Prices

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include Portuguese VAT (IVA) at the applicable rate (currently 23% for most products). Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• Multibanco (Portuguese ATM reference)
• MB Way
• PayPal
• Apple Pay and Google Pay

Payment is due in full at the time of order. We use secure, encrypted payment processing to protect your financial information.

Orders and Order Acceptance

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order—it is simply acknowledgment that we have received it. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including:

• Product unavailability
• Errors in pricing or product information
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Inability to process payment

Once we accept your order and charge your payment method, we will send you an order confirmation email with your order details and estimated delivery time.

Production and Delivery

Custom products are made to order and typically require 3-5 business days for production before shipping. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed delivery information.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights)

Under EU and Portuguese consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. However, this right does not apply to:

• Custom-made or personalized products
• Sealed products that have been opened for hygiene reasons
• Products that have been used or damaged

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of iCASE Lifestyle or our licensors and is protected by Portuguese and international copyright laws. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
• Modify or create derivative works from our content

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iCASE Lifestyle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Portuguese law.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.

Warranty and Product Defects

All products come with a legal warranty as required by Portuguese and EU consumer law. If a product is defective or not as described, you may be entitled to:

• Repair or replacement of the product
• Price reduction
• Full refund

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
