Payment Processing

When is my card charged?

Your payment method is charged immediately when you place your order, except for Multibanco which requires manual payment within 48 hours.

Payment Verification

For security purposes, we may need to verify certain orders before processing. This helps protect both you and us from fraudulent transactions. Verification typically takes 1-2 hours during business hours.

Orders may require verification if:

• The billing and shipping addresses don't match
• It's your first order with us
• The order value is unusually high
• Our fraud prevention system flags the transaction

Failed Payments

If your payment fails, common reasons include:

• Insufficient funds
• Incorrect card details
• Card expired
• Your bank blocked the transaction
• Payment method not accepted for international transactions

If your payment fails, please check your card details and try again. If the problem persists, contact your bank or try an alternative payment method.

Currency & Pricing

Euro (EUR) Pricing

All prices on icase.pt are displayed in Euros (€). Prices include Portuguese VAT (IVA) at 23% for customers in Portugal and the EU.

International Orders

For orders shipped outside the EU:

• Prices are displayed in EUR but will be converted by your payment provider
• VAT may be removed at checkout
• Your bank may charge a foreign transaction fee
• Exchange rates are determined by your card issuer

Invoices & Receipts

After your payment is confirmed, you'll automatically receive:

• Order confirmation email with payment receipt
• VAT invoice (for EU customers)
• All invoices comply with Portuguese tax regulations

You can also access and download your invoices anytime from your account dashboard. For companies requiring specific invoice details (NIF, company name, etc.), please add this information during checkout.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method:
