At iCASE Lifestyle, we're committed to delivering your custom products quickly and safely. This policy outlines our shipping methods, delivery times, and costs for Portugal and international destinations.

Production Time

All iCASE products are custom-made to order. Production times vary by product type:

Phone Cases2-3 business days
AirPod Cases2-3 business days
Shin Pads2-3 business days
Bulk Orders (10+ items)3-5 business days

Production begins once your payment is confirmed. You'll receive an email notification when your order enters production and another when it ships.

Azores & Madeira

European Union

EU Countries: Spain, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Ireland, and all other EU member states.

International (Non-EU)

Delivery: 10-20 business days after dispatch

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier information (CTT, DPD, etc.)
  • Estimated delivery date
  • Direct link to track your package

You can also track your order anytime by logging into your account or using the tracking link in your confirmation email.

Customs & Import Duties

Within the EU

All prices include Portuguese VAT (IVA) at 23%. No additional taxes or customs fees will be charged for deliveries within the European Union.

Outside the EU

For international orders outside the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, we cannot ship to:

  • P.O. boxes (physical addresses only)
  • Military addresses (APO/FPO)
  • Countries under trade embargoes

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at support@icaselifestyle.com to discuss shipping options.

Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Look in safe places around your delivery address
  3. Wait 24 hours (sometimes packages are marked delivered before actual delivery)
  4. Contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number
  5. If the package cannot be located, contact us at support@icaselifestyle.com within 7 days

We'll work with the carrier to investigate and file a claim if necessary.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
  2. Do not discard the packaging
  3. Contact us immediately at support@icaselifestyle.com with your order number and photos
  4. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to change your shipping address:

  • Before production starts: Contact us immediately and we'll update your address at no charge
  • After production/shipping: Address changes may not be possible. Contact the carrier directly to request an address change (additional fees may apply)

Holidays & Peak Seasons

Delivery times may be extended during:

  • Portuguese national holidays
  • Christmas and New Year season (December-January)
  • Black Friday and Cyber Monday
  • Summer holiday season (July-August)

We'll post updates on our website and social media during peak seasons. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend choosing express shipping.

Bulk Orders

For orders of 20+ items or corporate orders:

  • Contact us at support@icaselifestyle.com for special pricing
  • Extended production time may be required
  • Free shipping available for qualifying orders
  • Dedicated support throughout the order process
